East Branch is experienced producing fabricated plastic assemblies for a variety of industries. Often times part usage volume is not high enough to invest in a plastic mold. For these low to mid volumes, we can fabricate the finished assembly from components eliminating the large upfront costs associated with a mold. In addition, we can fabricate functional assemblies for proof of concept and proof of design before an investment is made into a fixed mold. We can create functional assemblies for each design iteration eliminating costly changes to a fixed mold, thus providing further cost benefits.
